During the present COVID-19 epidemic baptism is not available in church. Most will choose to wait until the epidemic is over and families can again come together to celebrate.
However, you may wish to know that, in an emergency, a lay person may carry out baptism.
The minimum ceremony required is to pour water on the person being baptised saying "(Name), I baptise you in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. Amen."
If the person receiving emergency baptism lives, they should later be brought to church to be welcomed with the rest of the normal service of baptism.
