In order to minimise the risk of spreading Covid-19 between worshippers, we encourage sanitisation of hands, wearing face coverings when possible, and households staying socially distanced and using marked seating. Due to increased levels of Covid-19 we have again suspended serving tea and coffee after Mass. When possible we stream this service over Zoom (contact Fr Gerry for the link) and placing a recording on YouTube (http://www.saintalban.co.uk/videos/services/).

Stations of the Cross
6:30PM During Lent
A traditional Lenten devotion in which we move round the church meditating on the passion of Jesus with readings from scripture and prayers at each of our carved ‘stations’ depicting his journey from condemnation by Pilate to burial. Lasts about 30 minutes.
During the school term we have a simple Mass for families and children using a digital projector, sound and light. This Mass is especially suitable for families with children who play sport on Sunday morning because it counts as a Sunday service.
It lasts about 45minutes and is held in the church hall, St Patrick's Room, reached through the step-free entrance from the gate on Stanhope Street.
Sorry, there are no special events this week.
